William M Klepper was born in Cleveland, Ohio on a kitchen table. He developed his character and personality in the US Navy and acquired his BSCS in Akron Ohio. Along the way, he fell in love more than once and became a true Romantic. He writes some 'Damn Good' poetry and believes it must rhyme, like his favorite poet, Yeats, wrote. He has always had an interest in time traveling to pre-history. Lacking the tools to invent such a device, his writing became his only vehicle for that journey. His works are infected by his occasional sense of wit and humor.
