Biographie de l'auteur

David Yarbrough graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He was a Justice Court Judge, an officer for United Steelworkers of America Local 4331 and American Federation of Government Employees Local 2185. Later, in management, he was chief over chemical agent sampling at an army incinerator then in addition the largest storage yard of chemical weapons in the world. He was nationally known for his reports at national lewisite conferences, lessons learned conferences for chemical agent sampling, round table discussions, furnace stack sampling teams, and for his contributions to national regulatory and quality control documents.
