Ron Mercer is the Co-Founder and Director of Corporate/EAP Services for the Center for Creative Living, a private psychological/ consulting practice in Coral Springs, Florida. He holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology as well as a Doctorate in Adult Developmental Psychology, specializing in men's/gender issues. Along with his clinical practice, he conducts seminars and training for organizations and corporations, focusing on such areas as wellness, communication training, and confl ict resolution. He is a specialist in critical debriefi ng therapy. "9/11: Critical Incident" is the fourth book that he has written. He continues to be a fi rst responder when called to both human-caused and natural crises and traumatic situations. He is also near completion of his fi fth book focusing on Jungian Archetype therapy and men's issues with one chapter devoted to the understanding of the roots of male dark warrior energy and how it continuously, throughout time contributes to the cause of events such as 9/11. Ron Mercer, PhD, LMHC, NCC, BCFE Dr. Mercer is the Director of Corporate/Community Services at the Center for Creative Living in Coral Springs, Fl. He is a Licensed Psychotherapist specializing in men's/gender issues, adolescent behavior, treating the performing artist, couples/family therapy, and conducting workshops on optimal performance and enhancing the corporate culture. Along with his psychology background, Dr. Mercer is a trained professional vocalist/percussionist and has developed a motivational seminar, entitled "Catch Your Rising Star," which bridges the arts and psychology. He has written two books as an out-growth of his doctoral research on male mid-life crisis, "Little Boy Lost" and "Men-in-Pause".
