Thus was t, until the present time, prevented from the publication of the I rish Qrammjr a work in the publishing of which Xconsidered my ambition sovfiewhat Jlattered, by being employed, even as an humble instrument, for facilitating the acquirement of the long-- neglected, yM venerable language of my forefathers ;a tQ nguage which has the singular advantage ofurviving.
