Biographie de l'auteur

As a former 20-year Jesuit Priest and a current 35-year behavioral and cultural change consultant and executive coach to Executives in major corporations, Dr. Desmarais has found that poetry has been a most effective way to help create "Emotionally and Spiritually Literate" individuals and teams. Poetry cuts through language to the "heart of the matter" - 'which is my perspective on personal change - and which, in turn, is the bedrock of personal truth'. Roger's poems also speak to phases of his own personal and professional journey - which he shares with his clients as they pursue their personal truth and search for meaning
