After years of the two being in a relationship and hopes of one day getting married, Shanta and Pastor Jenkins' puppy love comes to a tragic end. The tragedy of Mrs. Jenkins finding out about her husband's infidelity. Despite the fact of the affair being known to the public, Shanta refused to give up on her first true love. Besides, what would you do if the man you believe is your husband, already had a wife?

Biographie de l'auteur

Nakia Stokes is a native of Jackson, MS. She currently resides in Byram, MS, a small city outside of her hometown, with her husband, Taronta, and daughter, Trinitee. With a degree in Economics from Tougaloo College and an M.B.A. from Jackson State University, she shows remarkable writing and acting abilities. Known for having such a witty spirit, she is often told that she attended college for the wrong major. Although Nakia suffered a number of tragedies during her childhood, including sexual abuse, God has allowed her to rise above the hurt and turn the pain into power. Her literary mission is to give God the glory while addressing real life issues with a touch of spiritual humor and to offer the way to a victorious life through Jesus Christ. Her work will demonstrate and promote the importance of salvation, healing, deliverance, the power of forgiveness, unconditional love, and healthy relationships.
