About the Authors A Guide To Indiana School Facility Management/Leadership is the fourth book for authors Dr. Tom Dykiel, Dr. Charles Hobbs, and Dr. William E. Roberson. The first three books were school finance. Leading Schools Financially: An Anthology, Leading Schools Financially: An Indiana Supplement, and Leading Schools Financially: The ABC's of Extra-curricular Accounting. Each author has several decades of public school administration. Dr. Dykiel is an active business manager in Lake Central School Corporation. Dr Hobbs is a former superintendent and his business. AdTec, currently works with 240 school districts on e-rate savings for their school budgets. Dr. Roberson is a former superintendent and owns Roberson Consulting Services, LLC. He works with schools in Indiana on finance issues and has been interim superintendent in two school districts. Both Dr. Hobbs and Dr. Roberson teach graduate level courses at Indiana Wesleyan University.
