Synopsis

The eventful revolution on that island had sparked revolutions around the World, motivated slaves miles away to fight for the rights they are naturally entitled to as Human Beings. Today the nation is undoubtedly traversing frustrating moments, however their endurance is as strong as their heart, and through it all they are triumphant through courage to prevail as they retain their place in history of the World as the First to eradicate slavery from their land.

Soon after his birth, his young mother passed away, leaving him behind to grow up with no chance of ever knowing how it feels to be loved and cared for by a mother. His father was not around. He only knew his grandfather as his only parent, his only support, but he too died during an operation in due diligence to cure a virulent illness. At the age of eleven his father surfaced into his life, but within three years of their encounter, Vladimir Guerrier was expatriated to the United States, where he continued on his odyssey through obstacles, with the objective to work adamantly hard in a society full of challenging circumstances, to prove himself worthy of the breath of life, which he perceives as the superlative gift a human being could ever be blessed with. With the sentiments he has developed for his beloved people and his country over the years, he has become a loyal patriot, which has compelled him to write about their history, their past, and their struggles in pursuit of a healthier environment, a systematic structure of government that will nudge their land out of its viscid predicament, wheeling it out of its gloomy days into a brilliant future for them all.
