Biographie de l'auteur

She was born in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, in November 28, 1963.She got married when she was 23 years old, had her first child when shewas 24, and had an office job as an accounting technician. She thought,she had the life she always wanted. Then the war came, and her familyhad to leave their house, jobs, city, and country. They immigrated toQuebec, Sherbrooke in 1996, and moved to Calgary in 1997. She went backto school to study English as a second language, and High School Upgrading.In a middle of a final exam, she had her second child at age of 36, andwent back to school right after the seven days of her maternity leave.Graduated from college at Southern Alberta Institution Technology witha Business Administration - accounting major - diploma. In 2003, boughther first condo, got a job, and divorced her husband. Her divorce wasan inspiration to write this book about her spiritual growth and howpeople think about themselves.
