During 20 years as President of American National Training he consulted with and trained management in more than 50 American Companies and the US Army. He specialized in Team Building, Management Development, and Organizational Interfacing. For 15 years he was a Founding Director and Corporate Secretary of City National Bank of New Jersey. He is an ordained Episcopal Priest. His TA and The Manager was published by American Management Association in 1978 and translated in German and Danish. His Successful Team Building appeared in 1980 and Pedagogy Of Silence in 2008.
