Biographie de l'auteur

Mary fell in love with history and the dynamics of family at an early age. She enjoyed summers with her grandparents and trips to the local courthouse to review historical documents. She loves American history and is astonished at how far America has come, in less than three-hundred years, versus the rest of the world, where countries have existed for thousands of years. It amazed her that the stories she read in school, about a particular event, was a recorded document, within the county it occurred, and not just a fable. She holds a tremendous respect for the generation of the twentieth century, and how they set the bar of standard, which has given us what we have today. She loves to evoke the conversation of "what if", and how the past altered the future. She is also driven to show our children of the future, that they can alter their direction, by examining the past as an instrument for change. By ignoring an unpleasant situation can bring a pandemic of global proportions to humanity, when it could be prevented at its inception.
