He had a 33-year career in business, changing employers four times (moving from a small computer services firm, to a regional bank, to a large manufacturer, and a large property / casualty insurance company) and changing jobs within companies another 15-20 times. Now, when he speaks about the job search process, it is based upon his own experience looking for a job, the material he has read on the subject, personally counseling many of the CVJS members, as a hiring manager, and from his interactions with other hiring managers, HR personnel, external recruiters, and outplacement firm counselors. He stretches your mind and provides valuable insights which will help set you apart from other job seekers. He is now retired and lives with his wife of 41 years with the primary goal of spoiling their grandchildren.
