Melvin B. Greer Jr. graduated with a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and a master's degree in Information Systems from American University, Wash. D.C. He has also completed the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School. He has more than twenty years of systems and software engineering experience. He is senior research engineer, SOA chief architect, and the director of the SOA Competency Center, Lockheed Martin, Advanced Technologies Office.
