Biographie de l'auteur

Sidney B. Silverman graduated from Colgate University in 1954 and from Columbia Law School in 1957. Until his retirement in 2001, he tried major stockholder cases. In 2007, he earned an MA in Philosophy from Columbia University. He and his wife, Irene, live in New York City, Amagansett, New York and St Croix, USVI. They have three children and six grandchildren.
