Synopsis

This is a true story. I was born in Clementsville, KY, in 1925-one of seven children. My father was a tobacco farmer, who sold his land and moved his family to Lizton, Indiana in 1926.

It's a story about my WWII marriage-the birth of our 3 children and raising them in the Sheriff's residence of the Hendricks County jail and the tragic ending of my husband's life.
