Edward S. Smith, Jr., is a NYS licensed Real Estate Broker, specializing in Commercial and Investment Real Estate, with over 35 years of brokerage experience. Mr. Smith is an Instructors Training Institute (ITI) graduate and has ten years experience teaching commercial real estate courses. He has authored four 7.5-hour continuing education courses and three textbooks. He is the Past President of: the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors; the Metro-Long Island Chapter of NYSCAR; and the Long Island Commercial Network (LICN). He has served as a Director of the Long Island Board of Realtors and as an Officer and Director of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS). Currently, a Director of the New York State Association of Realtors, he serves on many of their committees including: Chairman of the Commercial Issues Committee; Legislative Steering; Education Management and was formaly the Statewide RPAC Chairman. He also now serves on the Boards of NYSCAR, LICN and he is a Director of the Real Estate Practitioners Institute at Long Island University.
