In creating fictional heroine F.B.I. agent Karen Raney and disabled American veteran anti-hero, Johnnie Pellagio and the clandestine patriot organization that Johnnie has founded and leads, the author has assembled just such an invisible looking glass. This looking glass is a vehicle capable of negotiating the hidden pathways of large organizations and exposing their secret inner workings.
