Denise Agosto, PhD, is Professor of Library and Information Science in the School of Communication and Information at Rutgers University, USA. She has published over 100 journal papers, book chapters, and conference papers in these areas and edited or co-edited three books related to library services. Her many awards include a 2022 Fulbright Scholar award, several best paper awards, and multiple research grants and fellowships.
