Felix Maringe is Senior Lecturer at the University of Southampton, UK, where he leads the International Management and Leadership MA programme. Nick Foskett is Professor of Education and Dean of the Faculty of Law, Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Southampton, UK. Previously, he was a geography teacher in secondary schools and further education. He has also worked as a consultant to government and to a wide range of educational institutions both in the UK and internationally, and has served as a governor and Chair of Governors of a number of schools and post-16 colleges.
