Hoss, M.B.A., has been studying ways to improve interviewing skills for over 25 years and as a former college instructor has coached thousands of students on how to remove doubt and get the job they want. Eric is currently in management at State Farm Insurance and has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University. Eric lives in Bloomington, Illinois with his wife and two children.
