Carol McNamara is the senior director of the Center for Constitutional Design at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.

Melanie Marlowe is a lecturer of political science at Miami University.

Andrew E. Busch is a professor in the Howard H. Baker, Jr. School of Public Policy and Public Affairs and associate director of the Institute of American Civics at the University of Tennessee.

James W. Ceaser is professor of politics at the University of Virginia.

Anthony Corrado is the Charles J. Dana Professor of Government at Colby College and a nonresident senior fellow in Governance Studies at the Brookings Institution. He is a coeditor of Campaign Finance Reform: A Sourcebook and coauthor of The New Campaign Finance Sourcebook, both published by Brookings.
