THOMAS C. WRIGHT is Professor of History at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Among Professor Wright's books are Landowners and Reform in Chile: The Sociedad Nacional de Agricultura, 1919-1940, Food, Politics, and Society in Latin America (co-edited with John C. Super), and Flight from Chile: Voices of Exile (co-authored with Rody Onate).
