A skilled marketer and promoter, he has appeared on CNN, CBS This Morning, and a variety of national and local television programming.... DIANE BUTTON is a successful entrepreneur and business-woman who for ten years owned and operated a popular northern California restaurant. She has published over thirty articles for local and national magazines and newspapers. Mark and Diane live in Hawaii with their three young children.
