As a very limited time is devoted toM ensuration in most Mathematical courses, the recent separate books on this subject are too extensive for convenient class-room use, while the older Trigonometries that contain Mensuration have been largely supplanted by more modern books that do not give any Mensuration. It is to meet the needs of institutions that have adopted these later Trigonometries, that this short course in Mensuration has been prepared.
