À propos de l?auteur

Dr Teresa Parrott: graduated in medicine from Southampton University in 1987. She trained in Psychiatry, and became a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 1992. She worked for eighteen months in a medium secure unit dealing with personality disordered women, and completed an MSc in Forensic Mental Health at St George's in 2008. She trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and saw patients for psychodynamic psychotherapy for four years under supervision. She attended an Experiential Analytical Group, and has ongoing personal analytical psychotherapy. She is a member of the Tomorrow's Teachers Faculty. Her interests are meditation, writing, and playing the piano Dr Graham Crook: qualified in medicine from Aberdeen University in 1979. He spent two years of his post-graduate training at the Royal Brompton Hospital in London and became a Consultant in General Medicine (1988) and Chest Medicine (1990). He was Officer Commanding the RAF Chest Unit from 1989 until 1993 and was Consultant Adviser in Chest Medicine to the Director General Medical Services (RAF). He left the RAF in 1993 and moved to Spain. He has always enjoyed teaching including MRCP, Respiratory Medicine and aviation medicine courses. His interests are Meditation, Tai Chi, and running workshops in personal development.
