He is also a Senior Fellow at the University of Ottawa. Timothy M. Shaw is Visiting Research Professor; McCormack Graduate School, University of Massachusetts, Boston, USA and Adjunct Professor at Carleton and Ottawa Universities, Ottawa, Canada.
