Edward Moulding is a Fellow Institute of Motor Industry has spend most his career in the Automotive Industry, Edwards early career involved a variety of roles in both in retail and manufacture support functions including consultancy in technical, quality management, commercial and general management, including directorship positions. He has spent the last 12 years working as a consulted to a major automotive company in the South East Asia and Pacific region as director for After Sales operations supporting senior management in the arena of corporate performance, customer satisfaction measurement, using a strategy underpinned by ideas contained in a serials of academic works, such as work based learning, organizational Learning, situational leadership and management development, balance scorecard and process management.
