Hope Jones-Packwood, CEO, has over 18 years administrative and managerial experience in various hospitals, physicians' offices, and medical billing agencies. She has experience in the electronic medical billing and internet billing. She has also trained students at some of the most recognized training schools and colleges, as well as being Director of her own certified medical billing training school named High Hopes Medical Billing Learning Center. As a medical billing instructor, Hope is known from her motivational and infectious speaking, while giving students the tools and strategies for creating a road map for a rich successful career in this rapidly growing field in the medical industry. Students love her also because she is down-to-earth and shares information using her humor and compassion. During the late 80's and early 90's, she was employed in the medical billing field, first as a unit clerk, then as an office manager for a private physician's office an saw endless opportunities in processing medical bills electronically for physicians from her home.
