He earned board certification from both the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He is licensed in five states: California, North Carolina, Michigan, Arizona, and Ohio, where he currently practices. Doctor Michael has worked as a consultant for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, University Hospitals of Cleveland, University of California at Davis, the United States Navy, and the United States Air Force.
