Handwritten recipes from Executive Chef George W. Weber. Schooled in the French school of cooking George Walther Weber began his long career in cooking in 1903 in his native Germany. Migrating to America he honed his skills and eventually ran the kitchen at the McAllister Hotel in Miami, Florida. These are the personal recipes belonging to my grandfather and I am honored and proud to present them to you.

You are a product of your anchestry. My grandfather was the Executive Chef of the McAllister Hotel in Miami, Florida. I am honored to be writing this book which contains the handwritten recipes of this wonderful man. I grew up in Miami, Florida with my grandparents. I was always going with my grandfather when he had to check on the kitchen staff on his off time. I grew up with a love of family and an affinity for fine cooking and presentation. I take this from my upbringing and knowing how food should be prepared and how it should be presented.
