Joyce Kupsh, Ed.D., a Professor Emerita from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, has published books, articles, and conducted many workshops/seminars throughout the United States and six other countries. Presently, she serves on the Board of Directors for three different companies and is involved in consulting.

Rhonda Rhodes, Ph.D. is a Professor of Technology and Operations Management at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Rhonda researches, publishes, and presents in the US and internationally. She has owned a computer sales and training facility and is currently employed as a consultant on technology and proposal writing.
