From a young age, Monika knew that she was different from her peers, often feeling that she stepped to the beat of a different drum. She always felt a unique connection to God. In her early twenties, she began to expand that connection into learning, adapting and utilizing various healing modalities. Now with over 25 years in the Spiritual and Alternative Health areas, she facilitates learning, living and experiencing positive growth in these fields. Monika has been open to channeled messages since 2005. In 2008, she received most of the information found in the pages of So, What'll You Have, Do or Be, Hon? - Living Your Truth, Loving Yourself, Changing Your Life and the World, her first published book. After honoring Divine timing, the balance of the material came flooding in and the book came into fruition. The name Monika is of German descent and means advisor or counselor; from the Latin 'moneo' to advise, warn, counsel. She became a special needs teacher where her natural counseling abilities were an asset to her in her chosen profession. As her skills in the metaphysical region grew, inborn abilities emerged. It was her students who alerted Monika that she was ready to start sharing these gifts and talents with the world. Children who acquired "owies" on the playground sought out her "magic hands" to help make the hurt go away. Monika is currently teaching in an elementary school in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
