Len Kravitz is an international fitness expert and has been an associate professor of exercise science at the University of New Mexico since 1999. A leader in the fitness industry for three decades, he has written more than 250 peer-reviewed articles. He has given more than 1,000 presentations at the most prestigious fitness conferences in the world. Aaron T. Bubbico earned his master s degree in exercise science from the University of New Mexico. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and for a decade has been working with clients of various ages and abilities, from novices to professionals. He focuses on helping his clients achieve their highest possible levels of fitness by incorporating a focused approach for strength, stability, conditioning, mobility and nutrition.
