Eugene Troche published his first book All Aboard! Poetry on Rails - Heaven Bound in 2004. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in New Jersey, he graduated in 1984 from Harvard College in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and in 1988 from the Columbia School of Law in New York City. He works for the New Jersey Supreme Court and lives in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, with his wife Roxana and two children, Mauricio and Veronica.
