William (Bill) was born in Michigan and spent his entire working life there. Following retirement from a major auto company in 2001 as an Executive Engineer, he moved to Sedona in 2002 and began hiking shortly thereafter. On these hikes he took numerous photos and in 2005, started the Great Sedona Hikes website (http://greatsedonahikes.com) as a way to easily share the photos with his fellow hikers. Bill continues to hike the trails in Sedona and updates the information on his website on a regular basis. David was born in Ohio and was a music professor and associate dean of the College of the Arts at a major Ohio university until he retired in 2003. After moving to Sedona, he began hiking with a local hiking group. He is an enthusiastic photographer, and he and his wife Ruth have hiked over 100 trails in the Sedona area.
