And the more they get involved in food preparation, the more likely it will be that they at least try whatever scrumptious bites are brought to the table. If any of you are familiar with my previous books, 4 Ingredients, 4 Ingredients Gluten-Free, 4 Ingredients Christmas, or 4 Ingredients One Pot, One Bowl, you know that I’m all about clever cooking and entertaining. Who wants to spend all day preparing and cleaning up after a meal when you could be eating, playing, and enjoying life with everyone you love?
