Jeffery L. Coffey was born in 1959 in Lincolnton, North Carolina. He is married to AnnaMarie Prebeg Coffey. They have five children and three grandchildren. Jeffery was a High School All-American basketball player at East Lincoln High School. Following his graduation in 1977, he attended and played basketball at Caldwell Community College. After one year he left Caldwell, and for the following thirteen years, he pursued his dream of playing professional basketball. Following his playing career, Jeffery coached basketball for three years in the National Junior College Athletic Association compiling a 61-19 record. Jeffery's coaching career ended in 1995. He then entered the world of business, where he became a very successful business owner. His goal is to provide others with the knowledge and business values that elevated him into a successful sales and customer service entrepreneur. Jeffery started writing fiction manuscripts and poetry at the age of twelve. He has contributed sports articles to several newspapers. Coming Back is Jeffery L. Coffey's first published work. He is currently working on a fiction novel scheduled for completion in mid 2011.
