She has been a featured speaker for the following organizations: Wachovia Bank, a Wells Fargo Company, National Black MBA Association, the National Urban League of Central Carolinas, National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, NAACP Leadership Summit, Winston Salem State University, Winthrop University, Hampton University, MEAC Women's Athletic Leadership Conference, Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Student Athletes, Employment Management Association of SHRM and the Charlotte Chapter of Black Journalists. She has over 20 years of experience in corporate diversity and recruiting. For five years she was President/CEO of Granville & Webb HR Connections Inc. a human resources consulting and executive search firm.
