Distinguished by signature pops of accent color and designs by beloved artist Molly Hatch, Journey in Color coloring books provide an immersive creative escape in a uniquely elegant package. This new book in the series features designs inspired by art, embroidery, and textiles from Norway and Sweden, printed in both black and brilliant neon red inks. The outlines print single-sided so there is no risk of show-through for those who are coloring with markers or pens. With richly detailed designs and eye-catching neon accents on every page, this is a coloring experience as beautiful as it is relaxing.

Trained in ceramics, printmaking and drawing, Molly Hatch is known for her surface pattern designs. She exhibits internationally, and she has worked collaboratively with prestigious institutions including the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Her previous books include the Journey in Color colouring book series and A Teacup Collection, also from Chronicle Books. She works in Northampton, Massachusetts.
This next offering in the Journey in Color colouring book series features outlines inspired by Scandinavian art and textiles, each printed in both black and vibrant neon red inks. Each of the 40 different designs prints single-sided so there is no risk of show-through for those who are colouring with markers or pens, and the lay-flat binding makes it easy to colour in areas close to the margins. With eye-catching metallic foil on the cover and tactile uncoated pages, this book offers a colouring experience as beautiful as it is relaxing.
