Biographie de l'auteur

Irmansyah ("Irman") Effendi, M.Sc. has been teaching about the spiritual heart and true self consciousness for more than a decade through his workshops, healing clinics, nonprofits, and business training programs. Since 1998, Irman has devoted his life to helping people all over the world open and enjoy using their hearts, and has written sixteen titles (three books translated into German, Spanish, and English) on the subject, including the meditation bestseller Smile to Your Heart Meditations: Simple Practices for Peace, Health and Spiritual Growth.
