Born on April 15, 1921 in New Orleans, LA, I graduated from Pass Christian Public High School in 1939, attended the University of Mississippi for two years, enlisted in the U.S. Navy in June 1941 as an aviation cadet, washed out in early 1942, taught navigation in Corpus Christi Naval Air Station for one year, navigated converted flying boats used for transporting mostly mail and passengers over the Pacific Ocean until August 1946 , attended Tulane University for one year, attended Virginia Tech for two years, and graduated in 1949 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. After several years in research and development, I became a patent agent in Charleston, S.C. where I married Louise Perry in 1956. We had three children. We moved to Falls Church, VA in 1968 so that I could attend night law school at George Washington University while practicing patent law with a law firm in Crystal City. I graduated in 1972, retired in 1988 and continued to practice patent and trademark law in a home office until 2005. In about the same year, I became interested in the attacks made upon the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on September 11, 2001. It was soon clear that the government story was a hoax at best. Although numerous books and Internet articles about 9/11 had been published, I felt that available information needed to be organized so that it would be helpful for grand jury investigations into the planning and execution of the attacks. I also had in mind the apparently coordinated execution of the attacks and the skilful deceptions disseminated and maintained by government and media to convince the American people that their false story and their substitution of 19 Arab would-be pilots for the hidden murderers were accurate. Lately I became aware that federal grand juries needed to be independent of federal government control in order to investigate felonies and corruptions, such as those involved in the 9/11 mysteries, which powerful officials and the media
