Synopsis

This book provides introductory coverage of growth and development throughout the lifespan. The content emphasizes normal aspects as well as the unique problems and health promotion needs of each age and stage of development. Eve Fleck, MS, ACE GFI, ACE PT, NASM CPT, is a lecturer in the College of Health and Human Development, teaching physiology of aging and health, at California State University, Northridge.
