Louis E. Tagliaferri, Ph.D. is the founder and Executive Director of Talico Developmental Systems L.C. (Talico). He was formerly president of Talico Inc. and earlier held management and executive positions at Conrac, Monsanto and CIBA-GEIGY Corporation. Based on more than 45 years' experience and a track record of successful consulting assignments, Lou has developed a high degree of expertise in programs and systems that have consistently helped his clients improve organizational performance by more effectively dealing with the "human side" of productivity. He has authored several business education books, more than 100 job skills assessments and experiential training activities and he has designed numerous management training programs. Lou has also written a variety of articles for professional and trade journals on subjects ranging from organization climate surveys and work motivation studies to employee participation and involvement in cost, quality and productivity improvement. Lou is a graduate of the Institute of Far Eastern Languages at Yale University (Diploma), the University of Maryland (BA), LaSalle Ext. University (LLB), and California Western (now Coastal) University (MBA, Ph.D.). He has held memberships in various professional associations and has been an active leader in community organizations near his home and business.
