Synopsis

Simply Ridiculous is a powerful and simple book, containing 50 eye-opening illustrations of an adorable stick figure heroine named MeMe who struggles to overcome self-limiting beliefs, attitudes and behaviors. MeMe finally comes to realize that these unbecoming attitudes won’t lead to happiness and life fulfillment and she finally learns how to LIGMO! - meaning Let It Go and Move On! Based on the author’s own life experiences and insights, Simply Ridiculous provides a pictogram of the human experience. Easy to read and relate to, this book is a keeper and fun to share with those experiencing life challenges and is excellent for teens and adults. Note: MeMe is actually the word ‘meme’ and the illustrations in this book challenge the unhealthy memes (beliefs and behaviors), that have been passed on to this generation with encouragement to LIGMO! There are many subtle metaphors inside the book, ready to awaken the unconscious mind and bring about positive change. Enjoy!
