The author thus finds it a rare privilege to be able to share to the rest of the world the product of his research utilizing the available data in reliance to the foregoing. On their way to court, litigants or laymen may find a perfect answer to a concern brought forth, or it may be otherwise, a realization of an outcome which may be unexpected. Through this work, the author envisions that at least, or in whatever small means, one who proceeds on his way thereto may have an inkling of what is being tackled there.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR The author, 62 years of age, taught Remedial Law at Aklan College in Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines prior to 2007 and has since resettled to Iloilo City, Philippines. His works include several titles in non-fiction and a few in fiction and poetry. He has been engaged in the advocacy of law in the Philippines.
