Synopsis

Elliot Turner is a criminal investigator for the Air Force Office of Special investigations, trying to hold on to his sanity and his career as he struggles with his erratic telepathic and clairvoyant abilities, while attempting to catch a serial killer who has been preying on young men and women for over 20 years. The killer is using the Military as a means to change his killing fields every few years.
