Tony is continuing to find the beauty behind everything that makes a kitchen run. With an ever-growing hunger, he is constantly striving to broaden his understanding of the American cuisine as it is being defined by our local heroes. Today, Tony is working to perfect and master the basic techniques of cooking. By spending much of his time working, staging, or eating in any restaurant that will let him in their kitchen, he is trying to establish his own personal philosophy on life which is to simply live great food.
