Biographie de l'auteur

Jose Antonio earned his doctorate at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, in Dallas, where he completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism. He is a fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Jeffrey R. Stout received his doctorate in Exercise Physiology from the University of Nebraska. He has contributed to scientific publications in sports nutrition, muscle growth and development, and body composition. Together, the authors have co-authored/edited four books on sports nutrition.
