Irial O’Farrell is fascinated by what makes organizations tick and how to optimize performance. Since organizations are made up of people, she is also fascinated by what makes employees, particularly managers and leaders, tick and how she can enable them to maximize their performance. Over the last fifteen years, Irial’s fascination has led her from successfully managing operational teams in the US to running a training department in Ireland to becoming an experienced and highly effective executive coach.
