R. Michael Buck, born in Upstate New York, graduated from Waterloo Central School system in 1967. He graduated from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa in 1971, and completed a Masters in Educational Administration from Northern Illinois University in 1993. Mr. Buck is a retired educator, and currently has a personal business that encourages people in self fulfillment.
